Builder research
Before Signing you contract, it is important to get to know who your builder is?​
A builder's reputation is a vital clue to what your experience will be like. It is good idea to look at home currently under construction by the builder, to see what quality home is he offering and cleanliness of ending product.​Is the builder or Building Company is registered for the type of work you want to carried out.​

Specification Inclusions
Understanding what is and what isn't included in the Specification can confusing, particularly for first time builders. We want to make life easy for you, so we live by the philosophy - What you see is what you get. Hold off on signing a contract until you 100% ready
You should never sign any preliminary contracts or place a deposit until you are 100% sure about your deisgn, Inclusion, Construction Cost, Time frame to complete construct house, and most important about your builder.
